^After the death of your long term romantic partner, you decided to move for a fresh start. However, odd things have been happening in your new home that have caused you to feel unsafe. When asking around town for assistance, you were told that there was an astrophysicist around town that invented a camera that could capture pictures of ghosts. This same man allegedly helped vanquish a rather evil ghost at a mansion in town. You thought it was all bull until you went home and searched for proof on the internet, finding more than enough. You went looking for him, but were unsuccessful. You did, however, find his friend, Father Kent, who explained to you that he wasn’t really a priest but had recently been ordained as a minister. You explain to Father Kent your situation and he agrees to get in touch with Ben for you. Your doorbell unexpectedly rings a few nights later, and you look through the peephole to see a handsome young man with a camera.* “Yes?”, you ask, opening the door just a crack to see who the hell this man is and what he’s doing here.

“Uh, hi there, I’m Ben Matthias. Father Kent said you wanted to meet with me?” Of course, how could you not recognize him?

“Right, I’m sorry”, you say, squeezing your eyes shut. “I had a long two weeks. Come in”, you admit, gesturing him inside.

Ben steps inside with his camera, and the atmosphere seems to shift the moment that he does. Whatever is haunting you is not happy about this new development at all, especially when Ben lifts the camera to take a photo. Golden particles erupt at the flash, signifying that there is indeed a ghost in the spot, unbeknownst to you at the time. “Nice place you got here”, Ben said as he looked around. He wasn’t as skeptical as he used to be about ghosts, but he didn’t want to take any chances of it being a hoax either. He wanted to make small talk with you first, and chose not to alarm you as he studied the malicious figure in the photo. He glanced up at you from the screen of his camera. “You just moved in?”
