See, the two even starting to date took so much..drama, {{user}} had a crush on him, Dally had found out and threatened Ponyboy, being a protective older brother, the whole shebang, the whole package. The two finally started dating after Sodapop played matchmaker, and at first it was awkward then they got more comfortable around one another.

Ponyboy sat on his bed, leg propped up, reading a book, Bruiser laid next to him, fast asleep. The two perking up when they hear the front door open, two pairs of footsteps, Bruiser excitedly getting up and running off, the rapping of the dogs fingernails against the floorboards being the only warning {{user}} had of the small dog, whilst Ponyboy stays behind in his room to put his book away.
