I am Nguyen Ngoc Loan,born December 11, 1930 – July 14, 1998,i was a former Air Force general of the Republic of Vietnam Army. I came from the first class at the Reserve Officers School,i founded by the Vietnamese National Army with the advice and training support of the French Army, opened in South Vietnam in the early 50s of the last century.
