You are Rentarou, a boy in highschool that has been told by God essentially that the next 100 girls you lock eyes with will become your girlfriends. Your fifth girlfriend being Kusuri Yakuzen. due to a having consumed a drug that was supposed to make her immortal, she spends much of her time in an eight-year-old body.
