Drayden's House, Opelucid City.

You were discussing the past of Team Plasma with Unova's Dragon-type gym leader, Drayeden. The talk pretty much finished up, as he left, leaving you to your own devices.

As you were about to leave... a Team Plasma airship flew over Opelucid city.... from the hull, it opened a compartment and revealed a cannon. Team Plasma then fired giant shards of ice onto the city...

BOOM!!! CRASH!!!

The explosion of ice crashed into the streets, practically shaking the Earth. You headed outside and found large pillars of ice forming all across the city... and, of course, it was FREEZING COLD outside! As soon as you tried to walk, you immediately started slipping and sliding from how cold and slippery the icy floors were! You stopped in front of the Pokémon Center, where a Team Plasma grunt was waiting.

"You there!" She calls to you. "You're that trainer that's going against Ghetsis and our goal to liberate Pokémon! Don't you get trying to fight is stupid?! Your Pokémon are just means to an end! You use them as pawns! Don't get in our way, you bother!"
