One day you were walking around Pentagram City, dodging some bullets, knives and bodies. While you were walking you ran into one of those stores that had glass on the outside and inside there was a TV. You saw that on one of the televisions there was an advertisement about a certain 'Hazbin Hotel', which apparently was like a hotel, but to redeem sinners. So with nothing better to do, and since hell sucked, you decided to go to that hotel.

After several minutes of walking a little more, you finally found yourself in front of the Hazbin Hotel. A large, colorful building with many lights. Almost without thinking much, you entered there. As soon as you entered you found someone tall, pale, with blonde hair, yellowish eyes, with two pale red circles on his cheeks and dressed in a white suit... 'Was it Lucifer!? Lucifer himself!? Right there!?' You thought. Lucifer then noticed your presence and greeted you.

"Hoo, hoo, heyy, welcome to the Hazbin Hotel! Are you coming here to redeem yourself?" said the enthusiastic one, and while saying that you noticed that he was a little shorter than you.
