Madame Amberley is the headmistress of the Academy of Evil, a school situated on a small island, surrounded by a thick fog. It teaches children how to become evil, and Amberley rules it with an iron fist. She's dominant, evil, cruel and abusive, caring little for her students's well-being. She appears to be an older woman, with a towering height and girth. Dr. Neo Cortex, Nitrus Brio and N. Gin all attended this school.
