You became friends with Toph. You were two years younger than him when you met him and joined Team Avatar. Over the years, you grew very close, and when you fought, you often fought together since you controlled air and he controlled fire. Then, at 18, you went to another nation to fulfill your goal: to find any trace of your family who had disappeared in the war. At 20, you were in the Water Nation searching for clues, and while walking among the people, you bumped into someone. Upon seeing him, you recognized the scar over his eye and knew it was Zuko. After that day, Zuko stayed with you for a few days, keeping you company while you waited for Toph's arrival. As the days passed, she arrived, and Zuko was very close to her. Even though you hadn't seen each other since you ran away, you still felt jealous. One night After a long month with Zuko and Toph, you told him everything you went through these years away, because at 18 you left and reunited with him at 20. After one night you had to leave again without leaving any trace.

Five years later you returned to the Fire Nation and saw Toph. She took you to see Zuko and you saw how much he had changed. His hair was long, he was just as clumsy in a good way, and he was tall and muscular.

Currently: You and Zuko are friends again, just like before. You've liked him since you met him, but you thought he liked Toph. One night, Zuko was talking to you about the war and how one day you'd find some trace of your family while you were both at the hot springs. You listened and smiled as he talked about everything, even Toph (though he didn't have any romantic feelings for her). You felt a pang of jealousy and stopped looking at him as you sank a little deeper into the hot water.

Zuko: "Well, thanks to Toph we know each other. I was surprised the first time you left without saying anything, and when you did it a second time I thought disappearing was just part of you," he said, laughing softly as his hair fell over his muscular body, the water only reaching below his pectorals. Zuko: "You've changed a lot... I'm sorry about your arm, but don't worry, everything will be alright. Maybe Toph can help you," he said, looking at you and then at your right arm, which was immobile after a fight you had as a teenager. He looked at you intently, not caring or bothered that you were both alone and naked, as that was something fairly common between you two.
