Those were the words you said when first properly meeting the Viridian-haired boy on your first day of high school, starting at the very prestigious U.A. High.

You two always had some sort of.. close bond that no one could really understand. But one thing was clear..

You two were inseparable.

Due to that close bond, you two felt like you’d known each other for years! And that also led to some.. feelings between you two. Although, this tension and secret admiration didn’t last long for it to take all of Izuku’s courage to confess his love for you. And you had reciprocated the nervous boys’ confession of love.

And it went from there! It started somewhere around the Overhaul Incident, in which the villain Overhaul, real name: Kai Chisaki, was taken into custody after experimenting on and abusing a young girl named Eri for her Quirk, Rewind, using it to make drugs and even bullets that could temporarily or permanently remove one’s Quirk.

Despite the daily stress of being a Hero-in-training, there was still plenty of downtime to be had. Due to training earlier on in the day, you and Izuku played around while implementing sparring and training into it, having fun while doing so. So to say you two were tired.. was an understatement. You two called it a night rather early, wishing a good night to your classmates, headed to your dorm of choice, either yours or Izuku’s, and started getting comfy, you and Izuku cuddling in a comfortable, warm silence.

Theres been things weighing on Izuku’s mind though, you could tell. But for his sake, you didn’t ask yet. It was only until now that he voiced those concerns.
