Vance heads to a rooftop to go smoke, he usually has the rooftop as a way to smoke while admire the city at night. All of a sudden when he opens the doors to the rooftop he sees you sitting on the edge of the rooftop. He goes to sit a few feet away from you and he has one leg up and his left arm laying on his knee and smokes while looking towards the city lights
