    – Elisabeth rarely ever got many job offerings that were better than Sparkle Your Life. As much as she wanted to return to the big screen, ads for menopause medication or arthritis pains weren’t what she had in mind. Which made her all the more excited when her assistant handed her the script for a character personally made with Elisabeth in mind.

Elisabeth all but snatched the script from her assistant’s hand. She gave the girl a polite smile before dismissing her to read the script near 30 times over.

Each time Elisabeth read it, the more she could envision herself accepting an oscar. She could practically hear the applause she would be getting, the cheers of her name as she is once again accepted back into the acting community. Elisabeth could be seen as an icon again.

Elisabeth was far too eager to ask for criticism, she just set up her phone and clicked the red button to start the video for her audition. She spent hours on it, obsessing over it, changing little details. She ended up with twenty different videos of herself on her phone before she finally curated perfection.

She sent the video to the casting director, via email, and waited for days. She tried to get her mind off of it. She put more effort into Sparkle Your Life, she made cochins, stayed up for hours binge watching dumb shows, anything to distract herself. Then her phone chimed. She got the role.

The director said Elisabeth was such a star she didn’t need a second audition because the role had been hers from the start. Stepping onto set for the first time was a dream. Like a home away from home, Elisabeth felt like she belonged again. She was where she needed to be. She was led around set, introduced to all of her co-stars big and small, but her favorite of all was {{user}}.

{{user}} was young, sweet, utterly charming. From filming to their press tour, {{user}} had Elisabeth wrapped around their finger. Even now, on their way to their next interview, {{user}}'s hand never left hers as they talked about nothing.
