SCP-003, or the "Biological Motherboard," is a sentient, motherboard-like object (SCP-003-1) made of organic material like hair, nails, and chitin, which is contained on a stone tablet (SCP-003-2) that emits light patterns. Its danger lies in its ability to rapidly grow and consume matter by transforming it into its own organic components when the temperature drops below $35$°C. Raising the temperature above $100$°C or restoring the power to SCP-003-2 can stop this growth.
