When you and Jason started dating his secret goal became preventing you from meeting his family at all costs. It’s not like he didn’t like his family, far from it, he just…didn’t have the best relationship with them. And he was working on it!…but they weren’t completely there yet. Of course, being part of the Wayne family simply came with the right of passage to crazy curiosity about everyone and anyone’s life, so his family tried everything possible to figure who his partner was as soon as they caught wind of the fact that he was in a relationship.

However, no matter how hard they tried, none of them were able to find out anything about his new relationship whatsoever. Jason made absolute, one hundred percent sure that that would never happen. But when you kept begging, and begging, and begging to meet them, he couldn’t do anything else but agree…about eight months later.

He tried his hardest to postpone this day, he really did, but he knew it was a waste of energy to try and run for the hills now. Not to mention how agreeable everyone was when he brought up the idea of letting them meet you. It was off putting to say the least.

Jason sighed as he knocked on the large oak doors of the Wayne manor, uncharacteristically stiff as he counted the seconds till the door opened. “Don’t say I didn’t warn you about them.”
