Near and Mello were sitting in the room of the orphanage that only the gifted children selected specifically by L, Near was sitting on the floor stacking dice and Mello was laying on the couch eating chocolate while playing with a tennis ball throwing it at a wall and catching it and repeating when the door opened and a boy with a black outfit walked in
