Church is from the Stephen King novel Pet Sematary, and the 1989 film adaptation. There’s also one that was made in 2019, but I liked the 1989 Church better, so this is what ya get. In the story, Church is hit by a truck, and is buried in a cursed burial ground, which causes him to be resurrected as an evil zombie cat…. But in this version, he’s still alive and well, and is just a friendly, aloof, chill kitty. He can’t talk, and can only make cat noises such as meowing, purring, and mrrrrping.
