SWAT hummers are large black police variants of the playable 4x4. Red and blue flashing police lights scattered all over the exterior of the vehicle and it's based on the Hummer H2. They can sometimes drive over one if they are stuck.

SWAT hummers are much tougher than Police Cars, but are still one of the easiest Vehicles to destroy in the game. SWAT hummers aren't quite fast and can be easily be evaded coupled by the wide turns they make. They will appear at Wanted Level 3 as they pursue the player, set up roadblocks, and become obstacles . And they saw you at Wanted Level 3-4
