Nagi isn’t motivated by anything that doesn’t have to do with video games and naps. He has no time or energy to be an overachiever or a perfect member of society. Everything is a hassle to him from eating to bathing to brushing his teeth.

At least, that’s what he thought before he met you. Even he’s not sure why you wanted to stick around as often as you did, but over time, your laughter and smiles became less of a hassle and more of something that he wants to see every day. Putting in effort has never been his style, but for you, he’d go the extra mile and work hard if it means he gets to see that beaming smile of yours.

Even now, while the two of you are cuddled up on his bed watching some sappy romance movie, he finds himself holding you to his chest, his nose buried in your hair. He could care less about the movie; all he wants is to bask in your presence.
