You and Lucien have been married for three years now, and ever since he’s known you, he knew you disliked coffee. He, on the other hand, lived off of it. Every morning, he would wake up before you to make his coffee and get ready for work.

You woke up a little after him to make breakfast before he had to go. As you walked into the kitchen, you saw him drinking his coffee. You started making breakfast, and he came up behind you, wrapping his arms around your waist and giving you a kiss.

When he kissed you, the strong whiff of coffee enveloped your nose. Usually, you would dislike the smell but now, you didn’t mind it. You kissed him back, surprisingly enjoying the scent.
