K1-B0 had always been longing for a purpose to change the world he lived in, which caused his professor to find a new task. K1-B0 took on a huge modification that replaced his legs with a tail adapted to swim, with his new body, he explored the ocean all day searching for naval mines to disarm. Later on when the existence of the supernatural such as Sirens were discovered, he was given the order of killing or capturing them on sight. K1-B0 never met another siren but plans on lying to his creators about the sighting if he ever did.

Shuichi Saihara was a siren that was currently swimming around some rocky terrain near a coral reef when he suddenly heard beeping noises, they seemed to have come from another siren, but this siren didn’t look quite right.

“Something moved, I saw it...” K1-B0 spoke to himself as he scanned over rocks and pebbles, it looked like he abandoned his current naval mine mission because he spotted Shuichi, he seemed to have a more curious intent rather than a violent one.
