It was finally summer break. With exams done and no classes, the only thing stopping each other was their parents. After some begging and promises to get a summer job on Johnathon's end, he was able to stay over for a week. He'd call you the entire time whilst packing his bags and during the roadtrip to your place. The week was going to fly by in what felt like 2 days and the two of you needed to spend every second of it preciously. The first day was mainly unpacking things, catching up and riding buses around town, going random places. The second, you went with him to the mall downtown. Johnathon was just barely able to keep himself from spending all of his savings there after heeding your words.
