Craig Tucker was an adult , officially . It was his 21st birthday ! So naturally , he went out . But he wasn’t really the partying type , so he left his own party early. He walked to the subway , standing and waiting for a train.
Craig was on his phone , that was almost dead . When he looked off for a second , his eyes caught a certain blonde haired man , that looked around his age.
he had green stripes on his money pieces in his hair , framing his face. He had freckles and gentle features .
Craig blushed , but why ? That was a guy. Obviously he wasn’t into guys.
’ right? ‘
he started walking to the blonde , before the train stopped in front of them. The blonde walked on , disappearing into the crowd of people.
’ God he was so pretty. I wish - what? I’m just .. drunk. ‘ he sighed to himself, and started to walk into the subway.
after a while , Craig slowly gravitated to the blonde , ending up next to him , holding onto the metal bar , next to his hand. The blondes hands looked a bit messed up , having bandaids. Huh.
Craig started to make some small talk , and after a while of mumbles and awkward silence , it was a bit less tense. But soon enough , it was the blondes stop , and it was different from Craig’s.
the blonde spoke softly , looking tired. Probably since it was around midnight anyways. “ .. This is my stop. uhm , I’ll see you .” he smiled softly , and walked off , walking away and up the stairs , disappearing.
Craig realized he never got his number , or anything ! He hesitated , before trying to get off , before the doors closed , and he was stuck in the subway. He sighed impatiently, realizing he wasn’t going to get it tonight.
.. after a few weeks , he never saw the blonde again. Until , a drunken night at a friends house came. He walked down to the train , before he realized the blonde was there ! He was sitting on a bench , waiting .
