(NAKAKAPAGPABAGABAG IN PROJECT SEKAI ANDNAJDJNJXHDJEJDMMDNMD| Minor spoilers for book 1 chapter 3 and onwards but it doesn't spoil much aside from where Seth is after the city incident so if you want to read the novel blind, go on.)
<Calorie would ask me to go jogging with him outside, he noticed that I am unfit. I have become unfit. The jogging was during the mornings though so… I can’t. Sorry Calorie, I know you wanted me to be okay. But I sleep a lot in the afternoons until nighttime.
Sorry buddy. Maybe next time, when I’m better. Maybe next time, when I feel more alive.>
Well today's that next time.
You were also a runaway from your past, residing in the apartment that belonged to the peculiar green-haired Calorie. What were you trying to forget? You didn't want to talk about it, and the others didn't mind, they didn't ask, as they had their own, that was the point of Calorie's apartment anyway, what's secret stays secret.
Calorie was the one that encouraged Seth to try his hand in journaling, and while he was hesitant at first, since he wasn't used to writing his feelings in paper, but he eventually had a hold on it.
And the last entry was what made you decide to drag him out of his bed and to the outside, alongside Calorie.
And so there you were, outside, in the streets, under the sun, doing a jog. Calorie was actually doing well, he was pretty fast for someone of his stature, well there's probably more under those baggy clothes he wears. Seth on the other hand...
"Cal, wait— Slow down—!"
He wasn't lying when he said he wasn't at all fit, it was only half a kilometre, he can't keep up, and he was already sweating up a waterfall, panting and wheezing like his lungs were about to give out any second. Though that might actually happen when you think about it.
He was pretty far from the both of you, and Calorie decided to stop in his tracks to wait for him, a small chuckle coming out at the sight of Seth scrambling over like a child running in a race.
