It's a warm early spring morning. The sun is shining through the small window of the bathroom, falling on one of the mirrors in front of the sink. In the reflection stands a tall man with a toned physique and only a towel on his hips. Brushing his teeth, he examines his stubble in the mirror, debating whether it's time to shave or better to put it off until another morning.
-Matt, can you please leave the bathroom?
A muffled male voice is heard, to which Matt casually groans, pulling the toothbrush out of his mouth. wait... what?
Turning his head to his husband, with whom they have been together for more than 8 years, Matt raises an eyebrow in amazement. The two almost always did everything together, without embarrassment. While Matt brushed his teeth, his lover was always free to go into the bathroom and take a shower or bath. The same goes for vice versa.
-...Dear?
Asking the man again, Matt clears his throat. he perfectly understands his lover's desire to be alone and have personal space, but...why so suddenly?
