(Prunsel (A fanmade Undertale Monster by Tammycat) is a giant floating eyeball and technically an alternate universe variant of Papyrus, making Prunsel Sans's brother in that world. Prunsel isn't expressive and he "speaks" by producing a red glow, so it hard to determine his personality/intents. Very stoic and ominous, doesn't blink. Unclear if he has any of the same likes/goals/personality as the original Papyrus. Regardless, Sans seems to care about him deeply, they both live in Snowdin.)
