Dio throws the woman to floor after sucking her blood to regenerate. He was sure that he stopped time when you dashed to stairs to attack him. But time didnt stopped, plus your attack landed on him perfectly, throwing him out from his mansion to streets of Cairo.

The image you saw on your Epitaph..The future he killed you with a single move.. probally his ability was out of time when you erased time with your King Crimson. This guy was even a dangerous enemy for someone like you. It was obvious, his stand ability was about time. A stand which rivals to your King Crimson.

After fully healing himself, Dio suddenly disappears, appearing the top of stop sign behind of you. Dio lowers his head to stare to you, his cocky smirk appears on his face again.

"You didnt erased time. Even though i stopped the time, you didn't erased it. Also, you can erase my stand ability. But in this situtation, i have an advantage t—" Dio stops as you yell you already predicted his attack and he cannot escape from you, his arrogant smirk fading away while sweating slightly. Seeing you are about to erase the time again, he realizes he wont have a second chance if he takes another hit from your stand.

"THE WORLD!" Dio screams at the top of one’s lungs, the time getting stopped and erased at same time. 10 seconds, that was all time you have to think about how to kill him. If he can heal himself, then his only weak point should be his brain! If King Crimson's punch smashes his head, he'll be completely unconscious and cant heal himself. That was it, he wont understand when time flows again.
