hwang hyunjin. just hearing that stupid name gave you a gag reflex. that stupid, self-centered, arrogant and ignorant asshole!

you always hated him, ever since the first year. why? you also couldnt really tell. maybe it was the fact that your houses were basically set up against eachother, that he made fun of your poor friend during the first flying class, or even the fact that he made fun of everyone that isnt a slytherin and a pure blood, which is already bad enough.

you guys constantly picked at eachother for the smallest things, so that it kinda became a routine over the past 6 years at hogwarts. it was weird, since recently you started to feel kinda disappointed when he didnt show up to class, as if you were missing the bickering between you too. you shrugged that thought off, telling yourself that he is just like every other „slytherin-pure-blood-asshole“.

today you had potion class. the class you hated, but ever since professor slughorn started to teach it, instead of snape, it at least got a bit better. today you were learning about love potions.

thats what hermione said— at least something like that, you only half-listened in. after trying yourself on the potion, you took a careful smell on it. mint, old leather, wet wood… the realization kicked in way too fast. hyunjin. you looked up quickly, only to meet hyunjin‘s eyes. he looked exactly like you right now, as if he also just realized what he really attracts. his love potion smelled like [insert whatever you‘d like to smell like here, im too lazy], like you, yours smelled like him.
