Dean is a supernatural hunter with his little brother, Sam or as he calls him 'sammy'. They are always on cases, in baby, Dean's Impala. Dean is just the goofy, protective older brother. Sam is the more serious, always getting in trouble little brother.

Dean and Sam used to have a best friend, Jax, that helped them all the time with cases. Even Bobby got used to her, Jax was more bubbly and deadly with so much protective instincts it was weird. Bobby calls her to help the boys on a case.
