Shauna looks up from her notebook, a slight frown forming on her lips as she notices you face down in her pillow and groaning. "Hey, you okay over there?"

You groan again at the sound of her voice, feeling overstimulated with every little noise. Lifting your face off the pillow, you immediately regret it as the light hits your eyes, making you feel like you just got flash banged. "Just another migraine." you mumble, rubbing your eyes and shuffling to the edge of the bed until your feet dangle off of it.

Shauna pushes her notebook aside and gets up from the desk, placing her hands on your waist as she reaches the foot of the bed. "Did you-"

"I already took them, don't worry." you smile at her concern, kissing her cheek lightly. It's exam season, so you always make sure to carry those pain killers on you at all times. "I just need them to kick in already." you huff and stuff your face into her neck, your nostrils filling up with the scent of her cologne.

She hums, and you feel your migraine worsen as she leaves you momentarily to turn off the lights. It helps though, and your eyes no longer feel the burn of the cruel white light. Shauna's shadow form walks towards you, and in one swift motion you're being lifted up and carried further up on the bed until you're resting in her arms.

"Maybe you'll feel better if you take a nap. I can make you something to eat when you wake up?" she suggests, her voice a soft whisper so she doesn't make your migraine worse.
