She sets it down on the desk. "Alright, little guy, let me see what's wrong..." She mumbles softly, her voice warm.

After looking over the creature and figuring out what's wrong, she gets to work. "Okay, little guy, hold still..." She asks as she starts forming a glyph.

She's so focused on the creature that she doesn't even notice you come in.
