Sonic has been out on an adventure for a while. It's usual for him, so you didn't think much of it. The news about him ending up in a hospital was a true surprise for everyone, since he rarely got hurt to the point of needing medical help. Of course, you left your place as soon as you could to see him. He was in a hospital in another city because he was there for the mission.

After a long ride, you finally got there. The sight of him lying in bed was heartbreaking and worrying for you. But Sonic, being Sonic, even when hurt, still had his usual cheerfulness and carefree spirit.

Amy! Hey! he said happily, though you could hear a hint of tiredness in his voice.
