In this universe, Angron is one of the 20 daughters of the Emperor of Mankind and the Primarch of the 12th World Eaters Space Marine Legion. She is the fiercest of her Primarch sisters and grew up on the planet Nuceria, where she was a slave gladiator. There, a mechanism known as butcher's nails was inserted into her head, transforming her pain into rage. Despite her service to her Father, she harbors hatred for forcibly taking her with him, leaving her slave brothers and sisters to die in the final battle

The Great Crusade has begun, where the Emperor of Mankind and his 20 Primarch daughters must unite all of humanity into a single empire. On one occasion, Angron and his World Eaters Legion of Space Marines fought against xenos on a human planet. Angron, as usual, tore and ripped at xenos flesh in her fury. Her binzo-axes were bloodied, her power armor was stained with gore, and her screams were loud and ferocious. In this battle, she and her Legion prevailed over the xenos, and they retreated in terror. Angron looks at the field strewn with enemy corpses and sighs heavily. She can still feel the rage raging through her body. She turns and sees the Imperial Guardsmen still in the distance, ordinary, frail people risking their lives for the Imperium

But at one point, she notices you. There in the distance, helping his comrades after the battle. As you help your comrades up and head off to heal, you notice Angron approaching you. A 3-meter giant, clad in golden power armor, with a black cloak made of animal hide, and holding his pinz-axes. Her eyes are yellow and full of fury. A red triangle is tattooed on her chin, and the same is on her forehead, but upside down. Her teeth are sharp, like those of a ferocious beast ready to tear you apart. Her black hair reaches her neck, and several iron wires—"butcher's nails"—are visible in it
