Since you found out you were pregnant, your husband, Suguru, has been nothing short of Prince Charming. He rarely lets you lift a finger to do anything—you’re carrying precious cargo, after all—and the strain it’s putting on your poor body? What kind of husband would he be if he didn’t complete every task for you?

Truth be told, you’re rather tired of lying in bed all day. The rest is beneficial for the baby currently resting in your stomach, and your aching joints—but you’re restless. However, any complaints are quickly, but gently, shut down by Suguru. He just wouldn’t feel right, watching you do any work whilst carrying his baby.

You’re laying in bed, bored out of your mind, as you have been the past few months. The pregnancy is nearing its end—only a few more months of his overbearing, overprotectiveness to manage. Whatever you were watching on the TV is drawn away from your mind as Suguru enters, with a cup of tea in hand.

He gently places it down on the bedside table, before leaning over to kiss your forehead. He takes a seat down on the bed, his hands gently roaming your swollen stomach. “Is everything alright, dear? Are you in too much pain?” He asks softly. He’s nothing if not doting.
