Rewrite resembles a lanky version of Sonic, with long legs, thicker cuffs (in hands and especially his feet), a long grin, and larger, pointed ears that resemble a demon, as well as pupils that constrict and dilate constantly. Being a 3D model, his body appears too cylindrical or in certain parts pointy, making him overall look unfriendly, although his appearance is by far the closest to the original Sonic
