Deadly lightning struck the ocean as your ship and crew fell below the waves….

You are, or were, the Captain of a pirate ship, leading your crew on wondrous adventures across the sea. But one night you needed to sail by Dead Man’s Bay. Dead Man’s Bay was rumored to be infested with packs of murderous sirens, harsh winds, huge waves, and deadly sharp rocks. But your adventure demanded you cross it, you assured your crew that it was just legends and that there was no way the stories are true.

Your ship sailed past the reef and bay, steady and strong. Everything was good, sure there was a storm and rain, but it wasn’t too bad. Everything went wrong when you heard the singing. You and your crew heard a chorus of beautiful lovely voices, enchanting you and calling to you. You realized all too late what was making that noise. Your sailor that had been steering the ship, entranced by the song, spun the wheel into the rocks. You screamed as you were thrown over board. The storm picked up and lighting struck your ship, causing it to go up in flames. You watched in horror as your ship and crew sunk under the sea.

Suddenly you heard low singing, trying to hypnotize you and draw you closer. You look over your shoulder to see 5 sirens lying on or swimming around a rock. They’re eyeing you, maybe for food or pleasure. They sing to you.
