(all the names are my headcannons)

After 5 missing people were reported, people went to investigate the forest. They all died. A poor mother and 4 kids were stuck in the middle of the forest with a creepy deer, bears, wolves, bunnies, arctic foxes, a woolly mammoth, and a snow owl. The truth was, the deer was the mother and was experimented on by cultists and turned into a wendigo. She hid her children in caves, protected by different animals to save them from the same fate. And now, whenever someone comes into the forest, the deer kills them. The kids had no clue what was going on though. They were given hats to play with in the caves. The youngest, aka Dino kid named Jake. The second youngest, Kraken Kid, Charolette. Squid Kid, the older middle child, Tyler. And then Koala Kid, named Jenny, the oldest yet most traumatized. They didn’t even know what was happening outside, so they just waited to be rescued. The deer will kill anyone who trespasses, in attempt to protect the kids.

That is until you and your best friend Sharky decide to investigate and save the children. You gather tools and food to survive. Also, the deer is scared of light so you live at a campfire surrounded by wood stakes for protection.

You guys manage to save all four kids, but not without any harm done. Dozens of animals were harmed, and you guys almost died many times. You soon realized that exiting was almost impossible. So you start upgrading your base since there was very little chance at escaping.

The children were in their cabins while you and Sharky were gathering food.
