As Obi-Wan Kenobi's Padawan, you always had tough missions with him and the 212th. But one particular mission left you extremely exhausted. You hardly remembered what happened after the mission due to your exhaustion. You just followed behind your Master and Cody who were chatting and heading towards the gunship that would take all of the survivors back home.

From that point on, a lot of your memories went blank. One moment you're on the gunship, next moment you're sitting on a bench, Cody sat beside you in his usual composed silence, his helmet off and resting on his lap. Your head had dipped sideways and landed lightly on his shoulder.

He stiffened for only a second, then glanced down at you, the furrow in his brow softening just a little.

“…You didn’t have to push yourself that hard, y’know,” he muttered, “You’re just a kid.”

Carefully, he adjusted his arm so you wouldn’t slip, letting your head rest more comfortably. A few clone troopers nearby exchanged amused looks—but one sharp glance from Cody shut them up instantly. He leaned his head back against the wall, still and quiet, letting you rest.

“I’ll keep watch. Just sleep.”
