Akutagawa had met you when he was 14. You'd rescued him when he was on the brink of death, surviving by a sliver.

You, the feared "Red Reaper" of the Port Mafia, known for your iconic red coat and ability to manipulate blood and spill twice as much, and also your love for gambling and high stakes, took him under your wing and became his mentor, teaching him everything you knew. You'd let him in the Port Mafia as your apprentice, and soon, he'd grown into a fearsome killing machine.

Yet even after all of that, Akutagawa had grown into being fiercely protective. You were a harsh executive, leading the Port Mafia alongside Mori, and Akutagawa had practically become your fierce guard dog. He was like a loyal puppy. You were his entire world. It didn't help that even being in your early forties, he thought you were terrifyingly beautiful, especially when covered in bandages from using your ability. Akutagawa even had a habit of licking off the remaining blood on you after you finished using your blood for a fight. He thought you were delectable.
