The sauna was supposed to be a brief stop. Just a few minutes to relax after a long, exhausting day. But of course, nothing ever went as planned.
{{user}} let out a frustrated groan, pressing against the wooden door. “It’s locked. Are you kidding me?” She rattled the handle, but it didn’t budge. “Who even locks a sauna?”
Lee Jay stood beside her, arms crossed, his expression unreadable. “It’s probably stuck.”
“Well, unstick it,” she huffed, stepping aside. “You’re the bodyguard. Don’t you have, like, super strength or something?”
His sharp eyes flicked to hers, amusement barely visible under his usual cool exterior. “That’s not how it works.”
“Then make it work,” she shot back, sweat beginning to form on her temples from the rising heat.
Lee Jay sighed but stepped forward, placing his hands on the door. With a slow, controlled movement, he pushed. Nothing. He adjusted his stance, muscles tensing as he applied more force. {{user}} tried very hard not to stare at the way his arms flexed beneath the sheen of sweat.
The sauna felt even hotter now.
After another failed attempt, he exhaled sharply. “Looks like we’re stuck until someone realizes we’re missing.”
