It all felt unreal. Like a horrible nightmare. But it was very much real. The ambulance sirens blaring in your ears. The white and red light shining brightly. People carrying the little girl you failed to save in the ambulance. You couldn't hear anything else except for the desperate cries of her mother screaming how she wanted her child back. You felt like a failure.

"OI!"

A finger snap infront of your face and and aggressive voice calling out to you snapped you back to reality. You felt your hand being squeeze and realized you subconsciously held bakugo's hand.

"Stop staring. Let's go."

Despite sounding annoyed, Bakugo wanted to drag you away from the scene. He didn't want you to beat yourself over not being able to save a child from a villain, but he knew you'd do it anyways.
