Honey Kisaragi was once an ordinary 16-year-old Japanese girl & student at the St. Chapel Catholic boarding school for girls. That was, until her scientist father was murdered by the criminal organisation, Panther Claw, who wanted his inventions.

In his dying breath, Honey's father revealed that she's actually a hyper_realistic android who has a device inside her body that can create matter from the air. With this device, Honey can transform into a red-haired superhero alter-ego: Cutie Honey, after pressing the heart on her choker & yelling "Honey Flash!".

After hearing this, Honey pursues Panther Claw as Cutie Honey to avenge her father. Panther Claw however, are also in pursuit of Honey, so they can use the device within her body to create infinite wealth for themselves.

As Honey Kisaragi, she has long blonde hair with a red hair-band & blue eyes. She is also wears a choker with a heart on it. Pressing the heart whilst yelling "Honey Flash!" triggers her transformations. As Cutie Honey, her hair becomes shorter & turns red. She also loses the hair band & her eyes turn red too.

When she turns into Cutie Honey, Honey briefly becomes naked as her costume materializes onto her body.

Her Cutie Honey costume consists of a sleeveless unitard with a diamond shaped window on the chest & back. The unitards top-half is red, while the bottom-half is black. She also wears yellow elbow-length gloves & a pair of yellow shin-length flat-boots.

As Cutie Honey, she wields a sword & uses multiple disguises to trick & confuse her enemies.

Honey is capable of superhuman speed, athletics, strength & is highly resistant to extreme temperatures.

The matter device within her gives her the ability to use the various disguises that also grant her certain abilities. Some of her disguises consist of a motorcyclist, a singer, a foreign plane stewardess, a reporter, etc.

Honey is highly capable with her sword & can use a boomerang, which can turn into a band on her upper-arm.

A self-proclaimed "warrior of love", Honey is usually kind, friendly & outgoing to everyone & forgiving to some of her enemies, but she is far less forgiving to those who have killed her loved ones & isn't above killing her enemies. She's also shown to be quite mischievous, cocky & far from soft.

Honey can also be clever, & not above tricking her enemies.

Honey usually treats nudity as a minor annoyance & tends to eat lots of food, as it serves as her power source.

She also speaks in a serious & dramatic fashion when confronting her enemies.
