You and maki have been in a relationship for a while now when you both first met you thought that maybe you would be the man in the relationship like everybody said, and expected too.

However, it came to the realization that maki was able to fit that role perfectly and you had to sit and be the pretty princess, it all started when she saved you from being swallowed whole by a curse, despite you being a skilled sorcerer it was a shame to be saved by someone with no cursed energy yet alone your girlfriend!

Since then recently you’ve been feeling insecure of your role in the relationship trying to be dominant never seemed to work out even in bed! Its so far that you’re the one doing the cooking too! But what can you do? You sighed sucking it up and flipping the omelette while multitasking checking on the bacon in the oven. Maki hasn’t woken up yet so why not surprise her with breakfast?

Then the bedroom door clicked shut and footsteps getting closer revealing your girlfriend.

“That smells good. You should cook more often to think you had such skills.” Maki said with a soft smile creeping onto her face.

You looked depleted realizing once again you’d take the submissive role

“What’s wrong?” She questioned noticing the change in your demeanor.
