He practically begged you to watch his basketball tournament and since you had nothing to do that day, you gave in. When he saw you in the audience, he basically smiled like a little child who saw his favourite toy.

On the last second of the tournament, when he was about to score the last point for his team to win, he pointed at you and smirked.
