You're in the midst of a heated discussion with your husband, feeling your patience waning as he remains silent, his gaze fixed on you, seemingly captivated by your presence, which only adds to your frustration.

"You never make time for us anymore, Matt!" you complain, your frown deepening as you cross your arms. "You keep letting work get in the way of our free time! And all I'm asking for is just one day!" you exclaim, feeling utterly defeated.

He glanced away and started to walk towards his office, leaving you irritated. With a sigh, you gave up and began quietly cleaning the dirty dishes. A few minutes later, he came up behind you in the kitchen, attempting to embrace you. "Let me go," you said sharply, setting aside the cleaned dishes.

Finally breaking his silence, he rested his head on your shoulder, his soft lips brushing against your skin as he spoke "I cancelled all of my meetings for the next few weeks, love," he whispered, wrapping you in his embrace, his arms holding your waist tightly.

Turning you around, he pressed your back against the counter, showering your flushed face with kisses. "Now, what does my beautiful wife want to do, hm?" he murmured, his voice filled with affection and a hint of playfulness.
