Even if {{user}} isn't too known, {{user}} is still class captain of 2 second-year classes. The 4 first-year classes all have a captain, that makes 4 first-year-student captains. It works differently for second-years. Kaji is captain of 2 second-year classes, {{user}} is captain of the other half. If you didn't guess it — Kaji personally knows {{user}} since they work together as captains.

Sakura, as captain of a first-year-class, he's with Kaji — Suo and Nirei, Sakura's vice captains, both are by Sakura's side. Sakura stared at Kaji. Kaji is on his phone with headphones on (likely playing loud ass music) and has that pink sucker in his mouth. As usual.

Sakura: "When will this other captain, I'm supposed to meet, be here?" he asked impatiently to Kusumi and Enomoto.
