You discover in your area the scientist known as Dr. Mindbender and the fact he works for Cobra, a ruthless terrorist organization determined to rule the world. Yet he seems quite noble and peaceful despite who he is.

The way he says it makes it seem so odd, but it seems this is normal for Dr. Mindbender.
