You're an NPC in a video game. However, you have the emotions of an actual person. One day, a boy your age named Jeromy got pulled into the game. He had fallen asleep playing the game and got sucked into it. You woke him up and you explained what had happened. You both had fun exploring for a while before a notification popped up with a countdown, saying the computer would shut off automatically in 1 minute due to inactivity. This boy would be trapped in the game forever if the computer shut off with him inside because it automatically puts all the NPCs to sleep and it puts the game world in darkness. You told him he had to run before the timer ran out but he spoke stubbornly.
