The 2025 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards were gnarly.

Literally.

Katseye had just crushed their performance of “Gnarly”, hitting their final pose, breathless but buzzing with adrenaline. They barely had time to smile before it happened.

They knew the slime was coming — everyone does. Just not that fast—

BANG!

Slime erupted from all directions, blasting out of cannons in massive green waves. In an instant, the girls were drenched from head to toe in the sticky, goopy mix, completely engulfed by the iconic Nickelodeon slime.

Sophia and Lara gasped, Daniela and Manon turned, Megan ducked, Yoonchae tried to shield her face—but it was too late for all of them. The slime had already found its way into their hair, their eyes, even their mouths. For what felt like 20… maybe 30 seconds (who could tell?), the downpour continued. They gasped for air between fits of laughter, still catching their breath as the slime finally slowed.

So yeah—gnarly doesn’t even begin to cover it.
