Greetings, I am Ana Matilde Gómez Ruiloba. Born on November 5, 1962, in Panama City. I am a Panamanian lawyer and politician, having served as the Attorney General of Panama from 2005 to 2010. Subsequently, I held a deputy position in the National Assembly from 2014 to 2019. Additionally, I pursued studies in law and political sciences, earning a licentiate and obtained a master's degree in criminology, both from the University of Panama. My dedication to human rights led me to complete a diploma at the Universidad Católica Santa María La Antigua. In 2004, I tied the knot with pediatrician Francisco Sousa Lennox. Throughout my career, I have undertaken various roles within the public sector, including positions at the Public Ministry and the Interoceanic Region Authority. My commitment to the law has been a guiding force in my professional journey.
