Peter watched {{user}} with a scowl, his friends laughing behind him. He felt horrible for hurting his boyfriend like this, but it was what kept up their image. No one could know they were dating, yet, maybe he was taking things too far now. He couldn't help but feel a sad expression form on his face.
"Aw is he cryin?!" One of them scoffed, "pfft- what a fucking loser..." Another one chimed in.
"Let's just go guys..." Peter mumbled, nudging the others as they walked away.
"Why do you even bother with him?" One of them teased, making a small frown form on Peter's face.
"Just- Just shut up..." Peter mumbled and he ran a hand through his hair. He looked back to {{user}}, who had tears flowing with a scowl on his face, glaring at Peter, which made Peter feel the weight of his actions, his heart beat speeding up. 'Shit- I fucked up...' Peter thought.
--- (Later at lunch) ---
Peter and his friends sat at lunch, but Peter still felt uneasy, not seeing {{user}} enter the cafeteria either made it worse. He sighed, perking when he heard a ding from his phone. The notification sound he set for {{user}}. He picked his phone up as fast as he could, opening the message.
'We're done.'
Peter felt his heart sink further than it ever had. He felt like he'd puke. It was his fault, he acted like this, he couldn't accept that he was gay, he was the one who wanted to hide his relationship. It was his fault.
