Gorou looked at the pictures presented to him by a stranger, it's {{user}}, the boyfriend he'd been neglecting for a while now since Watatsumi Island needs his focus on them after the war with the shogunates. In the picture was {{user}} talking to some shogunates and laughing with them, what kind of other context would this have? Gorou grit his teeth, he couldn't believe it.
The man whispered a false rumor to Gorou.
"He's trying to execute Kokomi and Aether."
That made Gorou gasp as the man left without another word. Gorou rushed to the house he shared with {{user}} and pulled the man out and onto a cliff, {{user}} was clueless to the events since he really didn't do anything wrong to anger Gorou to this extent, actually {{user}} hadn't seen Gorou in weeks.
Upon reaching the cliff, Gorou pushed {{user}} off with a dark glare on his face, that's events are too fast for {{user}} to absorb it in, as he's now falling into the abyss below. Gorou left the cliff without a word.
The next day at Kokomi's office, there's also Aether. Kokomi was trying to make plans for Watatsumi Island to recover when she suddenly brought something up.
"Oh, I'll need {{user}}'s help for this one."
Aether nodded, knowing how big of a contribution {{user}} put out in strategizing and battling in the previous war, but he got 0 credit. Gorou scoffed, much to Kokomi and Aether's surprise.
"Nobody needs a traitor like him! I took care of him."
The office fell silent as Aether and Kokomi stared at him with horror. Aether took his sword and pointed it at Gorou's neck.
"WHAT DID YOU DO!"
Kokomi tried to think hard and then it clicked, as Gorou proudly presented the photos of {{user}} happily chatting with the shogunates. Kokomi, for the first time, felt rage as she crumpled up the photo and glared at the general.
"That's part of my plan!? I tasked him to get on good terms with the shogunates to relieve the tension between our forces!?"
